I saw this on LiveJournal, but I wanted to comment here Not much I can think of saying aside from how incredible this is. The colour work beautifully (and like nabs-chan mentioned, the colouring is so smooth) and I like the stark difference between Dumbledore and Tom Riddle, not only in terms of colours, but also things like age and emotion. Great job on Snape too -- you really pull the ambivalence off, if that was what you were aiming for.
Thanks so much for taking the trouble to comment here! <3 Really glad you liked it, and I was kind of aiming for that, happy to know that's how it came off <333!
Wow...This piece really got me thinking. That mask he's holding...Though he may not be wearing it physically, at all times he wears it metaphorically. And now that it's off, his head is bowed, and we STILL cannot see the real face.
...Or maybe I'm digging too far into this.
Anyway, since this got me thinking, I think it deserves a right good jolly ol' faving, don't you agree?
(And Dumbledore's beard is blindingly white. I wanna hug it )
